I have over 15 years experience working within healthcare.  I started my career as a front line carer, supporting people in their own homes.   From day one, I felt privileged to be trusted and welcomed into so many families’ lives and to this day, still have a bond with the families I once worked with. I am passionate that we at Marbrook deliver high quality care and that each individual is at the heart of their rehabilitation.

My role as Deputy Manager is multi-faceted with strong operational responsibility and involvement coupled with strategic duties that validates Care Quality Commission compliance and Adult Safeguarding.
